3-Years working experience with building electrical systems
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
BS Electrical Engineering or BS Architectural Engineering
Project Experience with AutoCAD
1 Year Revit project experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently and the drive to grow
AutoCAD MEP experience throughout the design and construction process
Professional Engineer (PE) License with 7+ years of experience in our field
Generator, UPS, Lighting, Fire Alarm, and Medium Voltage design experience
Data Center and Healthcare/OSHPD Experience
Energy Code Compliance
Project Management experience
Client Relationship management skills
Management of projects and coordination with other disciplines
Listen to client needs, formulate responses, and present solutions in report form and as face-to-face presentations
Load calculations, lighting level calculations
Power system and lighting layout and design
Field survey of existing conditions
Construction administration including construction meeting attendance, submittal review, RFI responses, and field inspection
Short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies
