A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Target’s assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. As a Lead Program Manager on our Plumbing & Electrical Operations, you’ll lead both projects and program management activities for Target Stores. You will lead cross functional project and program teams to deliver on critical capital deployment goals to ensure we are replacing assets at the right time and managing proactive expense programs that seek to tune our assets for the highest levels of efficiency and uptime. You will own Budgeting, Forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for overall capital and expense program or project spend – speaking at quarterly leadership meetings on the current status for your programs. Interface and lead cross-functional communication, schedule management and scope development with engineering and design teams, external Vendors, Stores, Property Management Field Team Members, and other internal teams related to expense or capital project and program management efforts. Manage related vendor relationships and contracts. Make decisions that align with Target’s expectations for reducing overall expense and increasing asset uptime performance. Build business cases and use data/analytics to define opportunities that drive value for Target. Job duties may change due to business needs.
Bachelor’s Degree, BA/BS (MBA preferred) Minimum 10 years business experience Experience in the construction project management or engineering design management Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines Strong analytical, financial, reasoning, and organizational skills Develop recommendations to drive expense efficiencies Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills Ability to maximize relationships - team player/inspires others/takes partners across all levels of the organization and with outside vendors
