Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure is currently seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer in Burlington, ON.

In this position, you would manage multiple projects and mentor junior staff, sharing resources within a Water Resources Department environment.
Project Manager on multiple projects including but not limited to hydrologic, hydraulic, water quality evaluations, Class Environmental Assessments and detailed design
Produce written correspondence and reports
Perform engineering calculations and hydrologic and hydraulic computer modeling
Will be required to become familiar with and use the following software: HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, Visual OTTHYMO, SWMHYMO, PC-SWMM, GAWSER, HSP-F
Detailed design, estimating and contract administration experience considered an asset
Will work under the guidance and mentorship of other, more senior, water resources engineers
Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
PEO Certification required
Minimum of 10 years’ experience
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with leading staff and working with clients
Stormwater modeling knowledge
