Schlouch Incorporated has been Eastern Pennsylvania’s leading commercial, public and residential site preparation specialist since 1983 and is still growing.  Come join the team!  We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman with curb experience to lead our concrete crews in residential and commercial settings.
 
Key Skills: 
• Lead and direct curb crew with Slipform Curb & Various Flatwork
• Manage safety, quality and productivity of crew
• Coordinate short / long term planning with crews and suppliers
• Continuously mentor and build skills of the crew
• Read and Interpret stake out and grades
• Proficient in all aspects of curb finishing

Requirements:
• 3 years minimum experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Knowledge of ADA requirements
• Familiarity with OSHA safety
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License
• Successfully pass pre-employment screening to include drug test and background check
