Fire Alarm Systems
The Operations Manager (OM) will be responsible for overseeing our Fire Protection business within Oahu. The OM will lead, mentor, and develop employees within the location, as well as, developing business goals and objectives which is key for this position. The OM is also responsible for identifying, investigating, and evaluating new business opportunities to promote the organization's objectives. Developing strong consultative relationships with key employees/owners in order to ensure that Pacific Rim Fire Protection is the preferred vendor for all of the customer’s life safety needs. The OM will also develop and penetrate new and existing clients, the OM will cultivate client relationships well beyond the original point of sale; maintaining adequate contact with client and their needs. Additionally, the OM will also be responsible to manage the employees both in the field and office to ensure proper and prompt processing of billing. The OM will need to have a grasp of profit and loss in order to provide regular reports on the profitability of the location. The OM will report to the General Manager. Use of Quick Books and proprietary software.
