Under general supervision, the Gas Distribution Engineer II performs work planning to complete small/basic to moderately complex public and system improvement, modernization, new business, large volume meter set, regulator station, system uprate, and general equipment projects. Determines work scope, right-of-way and permitting requirements, supports project scheduling, and provides regular updates to maintain data in the asset management and geographical information systems that result from capital projects, maintenance orders, and service orders impacting Energy Delivery asset data.
Requires a Bachelor's degree, engineering or engineering technology from an accredited university or college.
Requires a minimum of 2 years utility or relevant industry experience.
