We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader with good people and project skills to help lead our Las Vegas MEP team. As the Engineering Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and manage MEP operations for the office and provide direct supervision of the engineering staff. Ideal candidate must have a proven track record of staff leadership, project management, client service, and the production of quality engineering deliverables.
The Engineering Manager receives support and works closely with other engineering and corporate departments. This position also includes the potential to evolve into an executive leadership position and ownership.

Requirements include:
Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college/university in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
6+ years of professional design experience in building mechanical and/or electrical systems, project management, and business development
4+ years of supervisory skills and leadership
Current engineering license in the State of Nevada with the ability to acquire professional engineering licenses in other states as requested
Demonstrated experience in developing project proposals and budgets
Demonstrated experience in leading single and multi-discipline teams of professionals
Oversight of engineering teams for the execution of projects
Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with current clients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desire and ability to mentor junior designers and engineers
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
Advanced AutoCad and Revit skills
Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
