Mid-State Consultants, a division of JSI, is seeking a Director of OSP Engineering for our Charlotte, NC office. The Director is a critical leadership role that oversees Outside Plant Engineering Services to provide high-level quality control of the OSP services; this includes oversight of Plans & Specifications, construction documentation, and inspection services. This position will interface with the Design Services team, transitioning the high-level designs into detailed, engineered plans & specifications to construct OSP projects. The Director will oversee an organization comprised of managers, engineers, technicians, field residents, and inspectors to deliver a balanced engineered product, both in the office and in the field.
