Richmond District Traffic Engineering is seeking two detail-oriented individuals to review, design, and produce traffic engineering plans in an accurate and precise manner utilizing good engineering judgement within established budgets/schedules and in adherence to federal/state standards, guidelines and policies. You will assist District staff during the preliminary engineering phase of project development, as
