We specialize in highly technical and efficiently complex facilities in the Healthcare market. Our project locations span across the United States.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform the drafting production of ICT/ Low voltage systems for new and renovated building construction projects.
Systems include ICT (ISP and OCP), Electronic Security System (ESS), Intercom, Public Address, Wi-Fi, DAS (Cellular and RF).
Work with senior engineers and designers to coordinate scope for drafting production in AutoCAD and Revit.
Prepare accurate ICT/ Security system drawings and details.
Coach and instruct Bancroft colleagues in AutoCAD Revit techniques and skills.
Exhibit knowledge of local and national building codes, industry, and discipline standards.
Demonstrate the ability to research and verify codes and standards.
Partner closely with assigned ICT designers, project architects, and senior engineers to develop, verify, and coordinate technical aspects of all designs.
Perform inter-discipline coordination with the MEP team and with the architectural drawings.
develop working operational and production knowledge of TileFlow CFD modeling software under the tutelage Bancroft team members.
Maintain project documentation, including calculations, project files, etc.
Interface with venders; evaluate/select equipment under supervision.
Perform field surveys of ICT/Security and Low Voltage systems of facilities to document existing conditions.
Review ICT/Security and Low Voltage shop drawings; respond to requests for information.
Prepare punch lists as part of construction site visits.
Participate in internal team and client meetings
Travel as required by project assignments.

Skill, Knowledge, Education and Experience Qualifications
College degree in Engineering
RCDD Certified or willing to get RCDD
Drafting experience
Technical writing experience
Low Voltage experience
