The William States Lee College of Engineering at UNC Charlotte invites nominations and applications for the Lecturer/Advisor position. This is a non-tenure track, 12-month position that reports to the Assistant Dean in the Office of Student Development and Success (OSDS).The Lecturer/Advisor (LA) teaches the introductory engineering and engineering technology courses, provides accurate and timely career exploration and academic advising, and supports OSDS programs and activities. The LA also helps address retention issues specific to academically at-risk student populations, especiallyunderrepresented minorities, females, transfer students, and non-traditional students.
