Senior Management Analyst (Metrics & Insights)
Join our organization in this new role! Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to collect and analyze data and metrics to improve the strategy, effectiveness, and operational efficiency of the Media & Public Affairs department. Overseeing the Metrics and Insights function, this role will work with internal and external partners to identify and analyze data for the purpose of gaining insights to inform SCAG’s marketing and communication programs and plans. The Senior Management Analyst will also identify and track key performance metrics for the Media & Public Affairs department for the purpose of making ongoing recommendations for increasing the team’s effectiveness and operational efficiency.   This position contributes
