OverviewThis position provides overall leadership and management for the implementation and support of all of the District's real-time control systems, which include, but are not limited to, the Energy Management System (EMS), SCADA, generation management, water/waste water and hatchery systems ensuring high reliability and full compliance with associated regulatory requirements. Directs the Control Systems Engineering staff and their associated activities supporting and improving real-time control systems in compliance with all assigned NERC/WECC Reliability Standards, and their activities to design, develop, monitor and support computer applications, network services, and cyber security.
