Engineer C or Consulting Engineer
Under nominal direction, this position is accountable for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments related to the City of Austin Engineering Standards and Specifications updates. This position plans and develops engineering projects concerned with unique or controversial problems which have an important effect on major City programs or projects, such as leading the Office of the City Engineer sustainability initiatives and Best Management Practices (BMPs) implementations.
