The Biology Department at Missouri State University invites applications for a non-tenure-track Visiting Assistant Professor for the academic year 2025-26 with a commitment to inclusive teaching practices and increasing student diversity and retention. + Primary responsibilities include teaching lectures and labs in genetics, molecular techniques, and an additional course, such as bioinformatics or a course in the candidate's primary area of research expertise. The expected teaching load per semester is 12 contact hours. Additional duties may include undergraduate academic advising and departmental service.
