Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for managing all sales-related functions within an assigned territory. Create and manage annual territorial forecasts and budgets. Plan and perform ongoing training of sales representatives. Hire, evaluate and terminate representative companies as needed. Make and assist with direct customer visits, training, and sales presentations/seminars. In conjunction with VP of Sales and Marketing, establish and manage special pricing contracts/agreements with key customers or distributors within a territory.
